Haiti Earthquake

Dear Grace House,

To follow up on the earlier email concerning the Haiti earthquake, Grace House, on your behalf, has given to the following:

Doctors Without Borders $500.00
This money will go to support emergency medical care for the men, women, and children affected by the earthquake in Haiti. Doctors Without Borders is already there setting up emergency medical teams and units to care for the untold numbers of injured.

Baptist Haiti Mission Emergency Relief $500.00
This is a 82 bed charitable Christ-centered hospital which is overflowing with people and needs right now. 100% of this money goes directly on site in Haiti to help hurting people.

Also I received an email from one of our Grace House family, Bob Carlson, who is in Washington D.C. right now and is involved in logistics of getting help to Haiti. Pray for Bob and all his contacts as they work to help.

Cases of human trafficking have been reported in all 50 states. Victims of human trafficking can be children or adults, U.S. citizens or foreign nationals, male or female.


Human trafficking is one of the world’s most depraved criminal practices. Most people do not know how often it happens, including here in the U.S.


Annually, an estimated 200,000-300,000 children in the U.S. are at risk for commercial sexual exploitation within our borders.
